On paper, this looks to be one of the most stacked Mania’s we’ve had in years. And I am not just talking about all the fine women on the card. Lets break down and preview the matches we have on the docket.

Mania opens with three Free-View Preshow Matches to lure you into buying that delicious EWC Network Subscription. Our first two matches are for brand bragging rights, while the third is a Spinning Wheel Of Death Match. Fans will vote on various random stipulations online, and the top ten will make the wheel and be randomly selected as the match type.

3 THE HARD WAY
Wes Walker Vs Killjoy Ito Vs Ace King
Our first main card match of the night sees X-Division Champion Ace King take on his two, count em, TWO #1 contenders. Former FSW Champion Wes Walker, who nearly defeated Stitches to face Ace King in the StrangleMania Main Event.. and Former X-Division Champion Killjoy Ito. Ace will have his work cut out for him here, in this no DQ environment against a man who was almost Undisputed Champion, and a man who is currently undefeated. King himself is also currently undefeated.

CHAMP VS CHAMP NON-TITLE MATCH
Bosa Vs David Miller
FX Broadcast Champion Bosa clashes with CW Broadcast Champion David Miller in a what is sure to be a brutal hoss fight that is all about bragging rights. It’s BRAWL Vs Paramount and it is sure to get ugly fast. And added bit of flavor for this one, David Miller was on BRAWL for ages before jumping ship to Paramount Wrestling. Talk about more pressure for Bosa.

HBO BROADCAST CHAMPIONSHIP
BAT OF DESTRUCTION MATCH
Iggy Swango Vs Asriel Buzzard
In February, Asriel Buzzard pinned Iggy Swango to win the HBO Broadcast Championship. Since then, Buzzard is undefeated on the FN’R brand. Iggy Swango won herself a second chance #1 contendership match and Grizzly Duggan decided the budding feud between these two needed barbed wire and explosives apparently. The only way to win this match is to use an explosive laced bat and render your opponent into a state that the ref calls it. Hey Iggy, if you make it out of this one relatively unharmed, call me.

X-DIVISION RULES | LAST BLOOD MATCH
Xavier Reid Vs Gabrielle Visconty
Xavier Reid and Gabrielle Visconty have been feuding for what feels like ages. They have a deep history that includes Love Club founder Tommy Love going deep with Gabi in a hotel room. Gabi is the current EWC International Champion, and she is looking to put down Xavier Reid and The Love Club as she and 3C climb their way to the top. Xavier Reid is surely going to have none of that. The only way to win this match is to bust upon your opponent, and then make them tap while you yourself are busted open. Doesn’t make much sense to me, but I guess just cut yourself if you have the opportunity!

EWC NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP
TRIPLE THREAT TLC MATCH
Adriana Aquilla Vs Darius Vs Robbie Rayder
Robbie Rayder has been on a bit of a mean streak after not being nominated for any awards for the 2020 EWC Honors. But his mean streak is coming up against another mean mother freaker in former X-Division Champion Darius. Add in Adriana Aquilla and this match is sure to be a wild brawl as all three try to maim each other with tables, ladders and chairs until only one can climb a ladder and retrieve the EWC North American Championship.

Moxie Vs Melody Malone
Melody Malone is the current defending United States Champion and she is a woman on a mission. She’s also incredibly hot. Her mission, to break Ace King’s record of 10 defenses and to get back into the main event scene to win the EWC Undisputed Championship a second time. Standing in her way of that, Moxie. The undefeated brawler who takes no crap and will snap your fingers. This match has no ropes, and no DQs and I am quite frankly very curious to see how they pull this off.

OVER THE TOP FROM HELL
ARM WRESTLING WITH THUMBTACKS AND TASERS | CHARITY MATCH
Dominic Sanders Vs President Mac
Further proof social media sucks, I am unsure as to why fans voted for this but OK. Dominic Sanders and President Mac are going to arm wrestle, trying to force the other man’s hand into a pile of thumbtacks. Oh and their wives are there with tasers to zap the other man. This is going to be a fustercluck and I actually cannot wait to see it now that I think about it.

Psych Ward Vs The Southern Express
Last year, Blue Phoenix took on The Southern Express for the EWC World Tag Team Championship and they came up just short. After the match they would put Southern Express in the hospital and develop these new more aggressive personalities. Winterborn began to feud with Love Club member Jamie Love, and even defeated Love in a tag #1 contendership match. Southern Express promised to do onto Psych Ward what they did to Love Club and to put them in the hospital.

G1 FINALS | EWC INDY CHAMPIONSHIP
4-WAY LIGHT TUBE DEATH MATCH
Dio Vs Faith Rivers Vs S.I.N Vs Jordan Sharpe
For the second time, The G1 finals come down to a Fatal Four Way. This time however, there are lighttubes all over the ringside area and even taped to tables! This is for both the G1 Finals & The PRIME Indy Championship. Who will win this one and walk away winner? Beats me. I doubt anyone wins this. I mean they are going to be cut to hell and back by glass. Not a very winner thing. Not very baller 100 as the kids say.

Ace King Vs Stitches
And our main event, King Vs Clown. This one has been building since early February and it has become a blood feud, even destroying a ring in the process. Ace King is undefeated in 2021, but Stitches also hasn’t been pinned for defeated in singles matches this year. They are two absolute monsters on a warpath of destruction and the city of Miami may never be safe! (not that it was safe to begin with)

StrangleMania 16 is a must see card, and I hope everyone gets a chance to watch and enjoy it!
